yo AMB, I have the same problem I didn't open it yet however I need my bike it's my only transportation in dawg gone America. Can see send pic of what it looks like inside? I know I can mod the excessive pressure hose with another rubber hose on the very top of the tank as long as it floats it would do the job. I really dont' care about the "overflow" crap it's too dangerous my hose was out of place and It caught fire on my exhaust pipe and melted my lower! cheers

mate was in OSNATRAZ for 3 years 98 -01 with 1 Bn REME.....4 Bde moved back to Catterick this month - just done freedom of Osnabruck parade last week ....no more squaddies in traz from next month...sad really
